I  think :
If  using  violence    is  a  means   or   collecting  Votes    by  intimidation  or  blocking  the  Legal  process    by  organised  grouping  or   physical  violence      for  establishing   any  Sham  DEMOCRATIC    majority  . I  do  not  have any  faith    in sch   Democracy .
If  the  Authority    can  not    provide   freedom  and  safety  in  expressing    or   registering  my  Voting    rights   in  peaceful  condition  and  safety   ,  I    would  not  also  , have any  faith  or  respect  in  such  Democracy .
If  adverse condition   prevails  ,  a Central  or  impartial  Authority  other  than  local  administration  must    replace  the   local  indifferent  Authority    for  the  period   around  the   Voting process  for  reasonable  time .

DEMOCRACY   DOES   NOT  MEAN  GRABBING POWER    BY   VIOLENCE  OR  ANY  OTHER UNCONSTITUTIONAL   MEANS .
