While a Medical student (1949---'55 ), I learnt that Syphilis is a 'ROYAL Disease' and a gift of Western Civilisation.
Today in 21st Century , it is said that kissing is another social bad -habit practised openly and Globally [introduced by Western world ] and big cause of so many contact diseases, including AIDS.
Then,--- now it is told that even Hand-shakes of 'advanced West' are dangerous source for viral spread and medical Science advocates 'Elbow-greeting ' instead of hand -shake - civility.
What great revelations of Western gifts !
